Hello!  My name is Jennifer Angell and I am the first grade teacher for room 103.  I began my teaching career in 2007 after attending DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.  I taught on the southside of Chicago for 6 years before my husband and I moved to Minneapolis in 2013.  I have been at Bethune since the 2013 school year and couldn't be happier.  I am passionate about Bethune's mission to educated the children of North Minneapolis and I am very fortunate to spend everyday with these students.

8:20-8:40: Breakfast

8:40-9:00: Morning Work

9:00-9:30: Morning Meeting/Calendar

9:30-10:00: Phonics/Read Aloud

10:00-11:15: Reading Rotations

11:15-11:25: Snack

11:25-12:00: Writing

12:05-12:55: Recess/Lunch

1:00-2:00: Math Rotations

2:05-3:00: Specialist

3:05 Dismissal
